This policy explains what personal information Sunbolt collects when you get a quote or book an install, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the quote tool we collect your address (to determine your network and rebate zone) and, when you ask for a detailed quote, your name, email and phone number. If you book, we also collect your chosen install slot and payment confirmation details from our payment provider. We may record how you arrived (for example an ad campaign reference) to understand which channels work.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, contact you about it, arrange and complete your install, provide Sunbolt+ if you choose it, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us run the service — our database and hosting, payment processing, email delivery, address lookup and analytics providers — and only as needed to deliver what you've asked for. These providers are bound to protect your information.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@sunbolt.com.au and we'll action it.
